Cancelation Policies

All pricing reported above is up to 4 people, kindly note that the cost for every extra adult passenger is 150€, for children (3-12 years old) is 75€ and for infants is free of charge.
The option of visiting the hinterland of each island, is offered, strictly within the hours that the yacht is eligible to be moored at the island’s port and until the predefined return time. Off-board activities are not included in the pricings.
The option of disembarking on the destination island depends on the weather forecasts and the weather conditions of the island’s port.
The duration and the time schedule of the tour is adjusted during the season depending on the time of sunset. Fuels’ pricing subject to change due to current and unpredictable fuel crisis.
Kindly, note that we need in advance the full names (also to be indicated male/female), passport numbers, dates of birth and nationalities for all of the guests (or just copies of their passports) in order to fill out the passenger list for the port authorities (compulsory).

With a wind ≥ 25 Bft for motor yachts and ≥ 24 Bft for RIBs and/or heavy rain, we may need to postpone for a short period of hours if the forecast predicts a positive weather change or a possible alternative change of the tour date.

In all cases where weather conditions are the reason for a cancellation with no alternative options, then a full refund will take place.

If weather predictions from a week in advance cause concern or wind directions that may permit a tour but may be uncomfortable, we will keep you informed constantly of the predictions.

Wind directions play an important role in the comfort of the cruise as alternative options and last-minute amendments in the tour itineraries of included destinations will be given to you as a possible option the days prior to your tour as alternative options to keep in mind.

Cancellation Policy (Standard Rate)

I. Cancellations that will be placed earlier than 21 days prior to the tour date are eligible for free cancellation.

II. Cancellation that may take place 20 days until 72 hours prior to the tour date will carry a cancellation fee of the exact amount deposited at the time of the reservation depending on the type of tour and deposit/payment policy that was required.

III. Cancellation regarding already modified reservations will be according to cancellation policies applying to the confirmed modification.

IV. Once a tour/cruise has departed and the customer wishes to either cancel it or return back, no refunds will be made. Any change of the itinerary or values of the confirmation by the client might cause a loss of the right for the yacht without any refund.

V. Cancellations that are due to weather conditions or are at the fault of Aegean Infinity will be refunded in full unless guests wish to reschedule according to availability. (Aegean Infinity has the right to cancel a tour/cruise due to weather conditions, an unexpected restriction from the authorities, or any other material damage in order to ensure every passenger’s safety.)

Cancellation Policy (Partially Refundable Rate)

I. Cancellation any time after booking will carry a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount.

II. Cancellation that may take place 6 days until 72 hours prior to the tour date will carry a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount at the time of the reservation.

III. Cancellation regarding already modified reservations will be according to cancellation policies applying to the confirmed modification.
